E-Commerce Executive (Corporate)
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience 1-2 years in e-commerce, OTA management, or hotel reservations.
- Exposure to hospitality sales and distribution systems (PMS, Channel Manager, OTA Extranet).
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc.).
- Skilled in rate loading, content management, and managing promotions across multiple channels.
- Solid understanding of reservation procedures, including room types, rate codes, booking policies, and upselling techniques. Strong attention to detail in reservation input and guest data management
- Ability to operate VHP (PMS) and STAAH (Channel Manager) effectively will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
