Sometimes, the best moments in hospitality happen without planning.
While our team was on-site capturing final visuals for Amara Villa Umalas, a property scheduled to go live toward the end of this year, we were pleasantly surprised by an unplanned visit from Igor, the owner and designer of the villa. At the same time, Restu Dala Utama, CEO of Dhananjaya Hospitality, was present to oversee the preparation and ensure every detail met our brand and operational standards.
Amara Villa Umalas is an exclusive collection of 10 private pool villas, thoughtfully designed and strategically located in the heart of Umalas—an area known for its balance between tranquility and accessibility. The villas blend modern tropical aesthetics with functional luxury, making them ideal for both short stays and longer escapes in Bali.
Igor’s sudden inspection visit turned into a meaningful and productive exchange. As the creative mind behind the property, he walked through the villa with a designer’s eye, while Restu approached the space from an operator’s and commercial perspective. This organic discussion allowed both parties to align on final touches, guest experience flow, and readiness for market entry.
Moments like this reflect what we value most at Dhananjaya Hospitality: collaboration, attention to detail, and shared commitment to quality. A spontaneous meeting, a shared vision, and a property that is almost ready to welcome its first guests.
We look forward to officially launching Amara Villa Umalas very soon and are confident it will become one of the standout private pool villa options in the Umalas area.
Stay tuned — the countdown has begun.
