Where are the resorts?
Ellena and Akshaya are in and around Ubud; Vela Tianyar is on the north-east coast, about three hours from the airport.
Is breakfast included?
Most resorts offer a rate with breakfast and a room-only rate; each rate shows what it includes before you book.
How do I pay?
In full when you book, by card, bank transfer (virtual account), QRIS or e-wallet. A booking that is not paid within one hour is released.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within the free-cancellation period of your rate, and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. Non-refundable rates are marked as such.
Can you arrange transfers or tours?
Yes. Message our team on WhatsApp after booking and we will arrange airport transfers, drivers and tours.
